Основные направления BC PNP в 2025 году: здравоохранение, предприниматели и кандидаты с высоким экономическим вкладом

Провинция Британская Колумбия продолжит использовать программу BC PNP для удовлетворения приоритетных потребностей рынка труда и экономики, несмотря на сокращение федеральной квоты на 2025 год на 50% (до 4,000 номинаций).

На начало года в BC PNP находилось около 5,200 заявок, но будет рассмотрено только около 1,100 новых — от сотрудников системы здравоохранения, предпринимателей и высококвалифицированных специалистов с экономическим вкладом.

Оставшиеся 2,900 номинаций пойдут на уже поданные заявки.

Обновления программы:

Заявки International Post-Graduate (IPG), поданные с 1 сентября 2024 по 7 января 2025, будут в листе ожидания.

В 2025 году не планируются общие и целевые приглашения по приоритетным профессиям.

Приглашения (ITA) будут направлены лишь ограниченному числу кандидатов с высоким экономическим вкладом (около 100 человек из более чем 10,000 зарегистрированных).

Предпринимательская иммиграция продолжит получать приглашения в течение 2025 года.

Стрим Health Authority будет ограничен только профессиями, напрямую связанными с оказанием медпомощи (врачи, медсёстры и т.д.).

ITA будут ориентированы на воспитателей дошкольных учреждений, но не их ассистентов.

Разрабатываются новые инструкции по социальным работникам и работникам социальных служб.

BC PNP стремится вернуться к сроку обработки новых заявок — 3 месяца.

Запуск трёх новых студенческих стримов отложен до восстановления квот.

Провинция будет сотрудничать с федеральным правительством по вопросам продления разрешений на работу для кандидатов.

Также BC продолжит добиваться увеличения квот, необходимых для удержания важнейших специалистов.

Canada launches Rural and Francophone Community Immigration pilots

January 30, 2025—Ottawa—Rural and Francophone minority communities make vital contributions to Canada’s economy and culture, but they frequently face unique labour market and demographic challenges as the majority of Canadians and newcomers settle in Canada’s urban centres. In particular, the Rural and Northern Immigration Pilot (RNIP) was successful in connecting businesses and employers in remote communities with the skilled newcomers they need to thrive.

That is why the Government of Canada is introducing two new pilots—as committed to in March 2024—to help rural and Francophone minority communities attract and retain newcomers with the right skills to help their regions succeed as we work to establish the RNIP as a permanent program.

Today, the Honourable Marc Miller, Minister of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship, announced the launch of the Rural Community Immigration Pilot and the Francophone Community Immigration Pilot, and the communities chosen to participate. These pilots will provide 18 communities with a permanent residence pathway to attract and retain newcomers who can fill key jobs and who want to live long-term in these areas.

The Rural Community Immigration Pilot ensures that rural communities have access to programs that address labour shortages and help local businesses find the workers they need. The Francophone Community Immigration Pilot focuses on increasing the number of French-speaking newcomers settling in Francophone minority communities outside of Quebec. This ensures the economic development of Francophone minority communities, while also helping to restore and increase their demographic weight.

Each selected community is represented by a local economic development organization, which will work with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to identify its critical labour gaps, designate trustworthy employers and recommend suitable candidates to IRCC for permanent residence. IRCC has begun training the economic development organizations, and each community will provide details and timelines on when employers and prospective permanent residence candidates can expect to have a chance to apply.
