Almost a year in the making, and officially across the finish line.

This purchase is a great example of how finding the right property is sometimes only the beginning.

From helping our clients find the perfect fit, to extensive due diligence around riparian considerations, navigating findings from the home inspection, working with the City, negotiating through the details, and making sure our clients had the information they needed at every step, there was a lot happening behind the scenes to bring this one together.
