We need your help!

One of our JarvisLegal own, Maya Duvage (Articled Student), is teaming up with the BC Notaries team for a two-day major cycling event called The Ride to Conquer Cancer and benefiting BC Cancer Foundation. Maya will be cycling 250 km through the scenic Pacific Northwest from Vancouver to Seattle with a team of legal professionals and thousands of other Riders on a beat-up steel frame Bianchi – see pics below!

All the proceeds will go to BC Cancer Foundation to support cancer research, treatment, and services. BC Cancer Foundation is a leading comprehensive institution devoted to cancer research and care, and the work they're doing is cutting-edge. You’ve all heard and likely know the troubling and heartbreaking cancer statistics.

So, we ask, can you help us to support the fight against cancer and to support Maya and her team for a worthy cause with a donation. Say $100? $200? Even $10 or $20 would help and be appreciated. Every little bit helps.

Great day of golf yesterday with Alex and Jesse at the Vancouver Board of Trade/Scotiabank Golf Classic. We managed a solid 8 under par and enjoyed it thoroughly! Thank you to the VBOT and all of the amazing sponsors and volunteers that made this event a success.

Amazing time with the JarvisLegal team and wonderful guests, listening to stellar musical performances by Sweet Water Revolver from Salt Spring and Rob Jarvis from Alberta (and Sylvia!). Too hot out to sit in the sun, but we all found shade under the trees :-) . We'll plan another one in the coming years and you won't want to miss it! Pics also include Sunday (post-party) shots taken while making the trek to pebble beach for some pacific ocean swimming, followed by the ferry home. Perfect and beautiful weekend and great way to end it!
