Ascendion Law is honoured to act as pro bono counsel for the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers BC Society in its intervention in Irvine et al. v. University of British Columbia, now before the Supreme Court of British Columbia.

The Court has granted FACL BC leave to intervene on issues relating to equity, diversity, and inclusion in faculty hiring at UBC, including at the Peter A. Allard School of Law.

We are proud to support FACL BC in bringing this important perspective before the Court.
