Congratulations to R & D on securing their beautiful presale townhome at Live at Rindall!

I’m so grateful I could help this growing family make the move from their condo into a home that truly fits their next chapter. Staying in the same neighbourhood was important to them—and this turned out to be the perfect transition.

Once we secured the townhome, timing became everything. We moved quickly to get their condo on the market, and within just a few weeks, everything aligned. Their condo sold, conditions were removed, and they’re now one step closer to their brand new home.

And if I’m being honest—the hardest part of this job is that once everything is done, I don’t get to see my clients as often as I do during the journey. We were introduced by my lovely friend Jan, and from the very first chat, we just clicked. While staying with family in Kelowna, they made the trek out not once, not twice, but three times to find the perfect place… and when they walked into the one, we all just knew.
