Meet our team!
Rebecca is MT+Co.’s Chief Operating Officer, based in our Vancouver office. As COO, Rebecca oversees the firm's core administrative functions, including financial management, budgeting and forecasting, operational systems and infrastructure, marketing and business development, Human Resources, technology and information systems, facilities, administration, and non-lawyer personnel.
She brings extensive experience in legal finance and law firm management across both the United Kingdom and Canada. Rebecca plays a central role in guiding day-to-day operations while helping shape long-term strategic direction.
Rebecca has been working in the legal industry since 2001. Before moving to Canada, she worked for several Top 20 UK law firms. Her deep foundation in legal finance and operational management ensures the firm operates efficiently and sustainably, enabling lawyers to focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Additionally, Rebecca has played a key role in internal reorganizations, the development of new corporate structures, and the design, development, and build-out of new offices, among other initiatives.
Rebecca is a culture-focused leader who prioritizes people and collaboration. She is a mentor and friend to many at the firm, and we are so grateful for everything she does.
Outside the office, Rebecca spends much of her time exploring the mountains (looking for birds) with her husband, two sons, and two wiener dogs.
