Two draws in two days, after twelve days of nothing. PNP on August 31 — 562 invitations at 697. CEC today — 2,000 invitations at 521.

697 first. That's 63 points below the last two PNP rounds. It doesn't mean the bar came down.

Every candidate in a PNP round already holds a 600-point provincial nomination. The 697 only shows how the remaining base score happened to fall this time. Without a nomination, 697 tells you nothing. Neither would 800.

Today's CEC is the real story. Volume doubled from 1,000 to 2,000, cut-off 521 — inside the 516-to-523 band all year, six draws straight.

One year of Canadian work experience and a score in the 510s? You're not waiting for a miracle. You're five to ten points away.

12일 동안 조용하던 익스프레스 엔트리가 이틀 연속으로 터졌어요. 어제 PNP 562명 697점, 오늘 CEC 2,000명 521점.

PNP 697부터요. 직전 두 번이 760점, 768점이었으니 63점 떨어진 거예요. 근데 문턱이 낮아진 게 아니에요.

PNP 드로우에 들어간 사람은 전원 이미 주정부 지명 600점을 갖고 있어요. 697은 그 600점을 뺀 나머지 점수가 이번에 어떻게 분포했는지를 말해줄 뿐이에요. 지명이 없으면 697도 800도 의미 없어요.

오늘 CEC가 진짜 뉴스예요. 지난달 1,000명으로 줄었던 물량이 2,000명으로 돌아왔고, 커트라인 521. 올해 CEC는 여섯 번 내내 516에서 523 사이를 벗어난 적이 없어요.

캐나다 경력 1년 있고 점수가 510점대라면, 필요한 건 기다림이 아니라 5점에서 10점이에요.

Proof of funds for a Canadian study permit went up yesterday. One applicant now needs $23,448, up from $22,895. That number is not what changed the most.

Bank statements now have to cover six months, not four, and must include the month you applied or the month before it. You also have to show where that money came from.

So the loan-it-park-it-screenshot-it move a lot of agencies still recommend? It now sits inside six months of history, in plain view.

Filed on or before August 31? You're assessed under the old rules. And $23,448 is a floor, not a pass mark.

Pull your last six months tonight. Check whether every large deposit can be explained.

진짜 뉴스는 CEC입니다. 물량이 다시 2,000명, 컷은 521. 올해 CEC는 6번 내내 516~523 박스권.

경력 1년에 510점대라면, 기다림이 아니라 5~10점이 답입니다.

Hầu hết mọi người không nói giá cho đến khi bạn gọi điện. Tôi nói luôn: 1.500 đô la Canada.

Cùng một mức phí cho Express Entry, bảo lãnh vợ/chồng, và hồ sơ đơn lẻ. Phí này bao gồm hồ sơ profile, thư mời (ITA), và đơn xin thường trú nhân.

Phí chính phủ KHÔNG nằm trong đó. Bạn trả trực tiếp cho IRCC — tôi không bao giờ cầm khoản tiền đó. Nếu bạn có vợ/chồng hoặc con, phần đó được báo giá riêng.

Phần lớn người tôi nói chuyện đã được báo giá từ 4.000 đến 8.000 đô la. Giấy tờ thì như nhau. Cái bạn trả tiền là người điền hồ sơ có biết viên chức xét cái gì hay không.

Và trả tiền cho tôi không đảm bảo điều gì cả. Tôi từ chối những hồ sơ không khả thi.

Most people won't tell you what they charge until you're on the phone. Here it is: $1,500 CAD.

Same fee for Express Entry, spousal sponsorship, and single applicants. It covers the profile, the invitation, and the permanent residence application.

Government fees are not in there. You pay IRCC directly — I never handle that money. Spouse or children are quoted separately.

Most people I speak to were quoted between $4,000 and $8,000. The paperwork is the same. What you are paying for is whether the person filling it out knows what the officer looks at.

And paying me guarantees nothing. I turn cases away when they don't work.

같은 날 증빙 규정이 통째로 바뀌었어요. 은행 거래내역이 4개월치에서 6개월치로 늘었고, 접수한 달이나 그 전달이 반드시 포함돼야 해요. 그 돈이 어디서 들어왔는지 출처 서류도 같이 내야 하고요.

돈 빌려서 잔고 채우고 하루 찍고 빼는 방식, 이제 6개월 안에 그대로 보여요.

8월 31일까지 접수한 분은 예전 기준으로 심사돼요. 23,448달러는 최저선이지 합격선이 아니에요.

Không trả cho công việc. Không trả cho LMIA. Không trả cho "phí xử lý". Chủ lao động là người trả. Đó là quy định và không thể thương lượng.

Đây là điều không ai nói với bạn. Nếu một người môi giới thu tiền của bạn ở nước ngoài, khoản đó sẽ rơi vào chủ lao động khi bị thanh tra — nhiều năm sau. Chủ lao động chịu trách nhiệm pháp lý cho bất kỳ ai tuyển dụng thay mặt họ, ngay cả khi họ chưa từng chạm vào số tiền đó.

Vì vậy trước khi gửi tiền cho bất kỳ ai, hãy hỏi một câu bằng văn bản: Tôi có bị thu khoản nào để được nhận vào công việc này không? Hãy giữ lại câu trả lời.

You should never pay for the job itself.

Not for the job. Not for the LMIA. Not for "processing." The employer pays. That is the rule and it is not negotiable.

Here is the part nobody tells you. If a recruiter charged you overseas, that lands on the employer during an inspection. Years later. Your employer is legally responsible for anyone recruiting on their behalf — even if they never touched the money.

Before you send anyone anything, ask one question in writing. Am I being charged anything to be placed in this job? Keep the answer.

이게 왜 중요하냐면, 도시의 지위가 바뀔 수 있기 때문입니다.
지금 열려 있는 도시가 잠길 수도, 잠겨 있던 도시가 풀릴 수도 있어요. 그래서 접수 타이밍이 전략이 됩니다 — 잠길 가능성이 있는 도시면 그 전에 접수하고, 풀릴 도시를 기다린다면 그 이후로 잡는 거예요.
