A little story behind this one ❤️
When my clients first reached out to me, they found me online.
Later, they told me, “You seemed very nice when I found you online.”
Such a simple comment, but it meant a lot to me.
These first time homebuyers spent years saving toward one goal: owning a home of their own.
There were ups and downs along the way. We explored different options, wrote offers, negotiated, and kept moving forward.
What made this purchase even more special was the letter they wrote to the seller.
As I learned more about the seller’s story, it felt like they saw a younger version of themselves in my clients. Two hardworking people beginning a new chapter.
Maybe it was coincidence.
Or maybe some homes are simply meant to find the right owners.
