🏡 March 2026 Market Update – Vancouver

Things are pretty steady right now.
Buyers aren’t rushing, sellers aren’t either. Everyone’s kind of feeling things out. My advice is be careful right now, there is a lot of going on in the world and one needs solid advice in this market.

Detached homes are starting to see a bit more action, but condos and townhomes are still on the slower side.

Prices? Not moving much at the moment. Spring will be the real test.

The Bank of Canada is holding steady at 2.25% today. With a lot of global uncertainty (especially around energy prices), they’re choosing to stay put for now.
