If you bought or leased a new vehicle that was manufactured overseas or if you purchased Vehicle Carrier Services between February 1, 1997 and December 31, 2012, you may be a Class Member.
A third settlement has been reached in the Vehicle Carriers (RoRo) Class Action.
The Settlement is subject to approval by the courts in Quebec, British Columbia and Ontario. These hearings will take place:
• On December 15th, 2025 at 9:30am by virtual hearing and in person at the Montreal courthouse at 1, rue Notre-Dame Est, Montréal, Québec,
• On February 5th, 2026 at 9:00am at the Vancouver courthouse at 800 Smithe Street, Vancouver, British Columbia; and
• On November 19th, 2025 at 2:30pm by virtually hearing in Ontario.
At the hearings, the courts will decide whether the Settlement Agreement is fair, reasonable and in the best interests of the class members.
