🇨🇦 Express Entry❗️New CRS Points Starting November 3, 2026❗️

ℹ️IRCC is changing how CRS points are awarded for Canadian work experience and job offers. Here’s what you need to know:

🔹 Canadian work experience: At least one year of eligible Canadian work experience in a qualifying high-wage occupation can earn you an additional 20, 40, or 70 CRS points, depending on the occupation's category. Check the full list of eligible occupations on the official IRCC website⤵️

🔹 Job offers: A qualifying job offer in an eligible high-wage occupation can earn you 50, 70, or 100 CRS points. An LMIA will no longer be required to qualify for these points.

❓️ How is the wage category determined? It is based on the occupation's median wage across Canada, not your individual salary.

❓️Can you combine these points? No. If you qualify under both options, IRCC will count whichever gives you more points.

❓️What about your spouse's job? These additional points are based on the principal applicant's own qualifying Canadian work experience or job offer, not their spouse's employment.

🎓Study Permit для дітей: розбираємо поширену ситуацію⤵️

З початком нового навчального року багато консультацій було присвячено Study Permit applications.

💡Сьогодні розбираємо ситуацію, яка виникає досить часто: неповнолітня дитина перебуває в Канаді, батьки вже подали їй заявку на продовження Visitor Record, але рішення по цій заявці ще не отримали.

Чи можна в такій ситуації подати заявку на Study Permit?
✅️Так. Але важливо правильно відповісти на всі питання у формі та надати всі необхідні підтверджуючі документи.
ℹ️І ще один важливий момент: на Study Permit можна подавати навіть для дітей, які відвідують садочок.

⚠️Також нагадуємо, що з 1 квітня 2026 року правила для українців та членів їх сімей змінились. Зокрема, заявки на Study Permit (including extensions) тепер подаються за загальними правилами, з урахуванням усіх відповідних вимог та документів.

📌 Не забувайте перевіряти термін дії документів усіх членів сім’ї — як своїх, так і дітей. Статус батьків не поширюється на дітей автоматично. Кожна дитина потребує окремої заявки на отримання або продовження відповідного статусу.

🎊Good news keep coming our way this week!
🇨🇦Another Permanent Residence approval for a highly qualified professional with valuable experience for Canada, and particularly for British Columbia.

Our client’s foreign work experience and qualifications helped them secure a position with one of the major leaders in the industry within just one week of arriving in Canada as a worker.
⚠️But this does not necessarily mean that proving the foreign work experience to IRCC was easy.

🇨🇦 Вітаємо чергову родину співвітчизників з отриманням well-deserved PR статусу! 👏🏻 І ми особливо пишаємося цією історією.
За кожним отриманим PR стоїть не просто схвалена заявка. За ним — рішення, час, наполегливість, правильна стратегія та віра в те, що поставлена мета обов’язково стане реальністю.
У цьому випадку саме своєчасне стратегічне планування стало ключем до результату.

Подаєте імміграційну заявку до Канади? Не достатньо просто переконатися, що вся інформація правдива. Вона також має бути послідовною.
IRCC може порівнювати дані у вашій новій заявці з інформацією, яку ви надавали раніше — у попередніх заявках, формах, деклараціях та супровідних документах.

🔎 Що саме варто перевірити?
📌Інформацію в усіх формах та документах
📌Особисті декларацї, листи та пояснення
📌Дані з ваших попередніх імміграційних заявок

⚠️ Якщо ви помітили розбіжність — не залишайте її без уваги.
Спочатку з’ясуйте, чому вона виникла. Потім переконайтеся, що у новій заявці вказана правильна інформація та, за потреби, надайте чітке пояснення.

🇨🇦 Якщо система не просить завантажити документ — це ще не означає, що він не потрібен.

Нещодавно під час перевірки пакета документів для провінційної програми, підготовленого клієнтом самостійно, ми виявили, що серед документів не було обов’язкової ключової форми від роботодавця.
Причина проста: після отримання запрошення ця форма не з’явилася серед документів, які потрібно було завантажити в онлайн-заявці.
Але вимога щодо її подачі була чітко зазначена в загальному checklist на сайті провінційної програми.

📌 Онлайн-портал — це лише інструмент для подачі заяви. Він не завжди відображає повний перелік необхідних форм та документів. ⚠️Відсутність документа серед полів для завантаження не скасовує вимогу щодо його подачі.

Професійна перевірка пакета перед подачею дозволяє оцінити заявку в контексті конкретної програми, її вимог, інструкцій та обставин заявника — і вчасно помітити те, що легко пропустити під час самостійної підготовки.

📌 Якщо ви готуєте заяву самостійно, уважно перевіряйте всі доступні джерела інформації щодо вашої програми, а не лише вимоги, які відображає онлайн-портал.

🇨🇦 Nimenska Immigration Advisory is celebrating 7️⃣ years in practice!🎊

It’s hard to believe that seven years have already passed.

Over these years, there have been thousands of pages reviewed, countless forms completed, difficult questions answered, unexpected challenges solved — but behind every application, every document and every file, there has always been a person or a family with their own story, hopes and plans for the future.

I feel incredibly grateful to every client who has trusted me with such an important part of their life. Immigration is often much more than just paperwork — it can mean starting over, reuniting with loved ones, building a future or finally finding a place to call home. Being trusted to guide someone through that process is something I never take for granted.

I’m also grateful to everyone who has supported me and been part of this journey over the past seven years.

This profession requires knowledge, experience, attention to detail and constant learning. But perhaps the most important thing it has taught me is that there is always a real person behind every file. And remembering that has remained at the heart of my work from the very beginning.
