Are you frustrated with ICBC’s Enhanced Benefits?

Frustrated by the lack of response regarding the new enhanced benefits ICBC promised you when they brought in the “no fault” insurance scheme?

AABA has helped many people who are disgruntled and tired of fighting ICBC for the rehabilitation benefits that they are entitled to under the new “Enhanced Benefits” legislation.

The following are examples of what AABA is hearing from injured British Columbians who are trying to access these benefits from ICBC:

“My claim has been transferred to so many ICBC adjusters that I can’t keep track of who is supposed to be looking after me.”
“I have been told different things from different ICBC adjusters that have been assigned to handle my claim.”
“No one at ICBC returns my calls to answer my questions”.
“I am self employed and no one at ICBC will explain to me how my income can be calculated so I can receive income replacement benefits”.
“I was told by ICBC that I don’t qualify for benefits”.

If you have any questions at all about the benefits that ICBC should be paying you, call AABA. AABA can provide you with the information about what benefits you are entitled to. We can also help with how you go about getting those benefits from ICBC.

Picture this:

You are driving your vehicle on your way home from work. The radio is playing and you are thinking ahead to what you are going to make for dinner. Suddenly, you hear a loud CRASH, metal on metal, and you are violently thrown sidewise. You realize that someone did not stop at a stop sign.

You are hurt and need treatment. You cannot work and you need help at home with cooking and cleaning. You can no longer sue for your injuries and ICBC is refusing you the benefits you are entitled to. So what should you do?

If you have had a car accident since May 1st, 2021 or know someone that has, contact AABA now to get the help you need!
