INVITATION TO SUBMIT BIDS | NORTHERN SUNRISE COUNTY
Mathieu Hryniuk LLP invites sealed tenders for the purchase of land located in Northern Sunrise County, south of Peace River, Alberta.
PARCEL – SE 6-83-21 W5 – 166 ACRES
Of the 166 titled acres, approximately 120 are currently arable, with the remaining approximately 46 acres being mature timber. The Seller estimates that an additional approximately 20 acres could be opened and farmed. Buyers should not rely on this estimate and are responsible for completing their own due diligence.
TENDER DETAILS:
• Sealed tenders must be submitted no later than 11:59 a.m. on October 1, 2026.
• All tenders must be accompanied by a bank draft or certified cheque representing at least a 5% deposit, payable to Mathieu Hryniuk LLP in Trust.
• Sealed tenders may be dropped off at any Mathieu Hryniuk LLP office on or before the specified deadline.
• If the Seller accepts a tender, acceptance will be communicated no later than October 9, 2026.
• Closing shall occur no later than 60 days after the Buyer is notified of the acceptance of their bid, if any.
• The land is currently leased, and the tenant shall be permitted to harvest their crop.
• GST is applicable to the Purchase Price and will be dealt with in accordance with the Real Estate Purchase Contract.
The highest or any tender is not necessarily accepted. The Owner is not bound to accept any bid and may proceed as they determine, in their sole discretion, following receipt of the bids. The Owner reserves the right to cancel the tender process in their sole and absolute discretion. The Owner makes no representations, covenants, warranties or guarantees, express or implied. Buyers shall perform their own due diligence.
