You don't qualify for any immigration program. You're facing removal. There is still a way — and it's called an H&C Application.

Humanitarian and Compassionate Applications allow individuals who don't meet standard immigration requirements to apply for permanent residence based on their personal circumstances.

To succeed, you need to show:
→ Establishment in Canada (work, community, roots)
→ Undue hardship upon removal
→ Best interests of children, if applicable

And here's what most people don't know — even after deportation, your H&C application continues. If approved, you can return to Canada as a permanent resident.

The answer is yes — and this case shows exactly how. 🇨🇦⚖️
