We are proud to announce that our Partner, Kenneth Fishman, has been appointed as a Judge of the Ontario Court of Justice, effective May 27, 2026.

Assigned to Toronto by Chief Justice Sharon Nicklas, Justice Fishman brings to the bench over 15 years of experience in complex family law and civil litigation, most recently as a partner at Boulby Weinberg Fishman LLP. He also served as a part-time Vice Chair of the Licence Appeal Tribunal and as a member of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Board.

We congratulate Justice Fishman on this well-deserved appointment and wish him every success in this next chapter of distinguished public service.
