Hello everyone. We have two offices available for a subtenant in our suite at 1100 Sheppard Ave. E. The office is easily large enough to have an extra chair for meeting clients or having a second person working (we actually had a book keeper, paralegal and real estate clerk occupying the space for a period of time).
We are a professional office with individual locking offices, shared board rooms (2), shared kitchenette, shared reception area and use of the photocopier/fax/scanner. There is plenty of parking in the shared parking lot and we are accessible to either the Leslie or Brimorton subway stations on the Sheppard Line. Presently our offices are being used by our law firm and staff, an accountant, the building's property manager and a fashion designer.
The office is furnished with a basic desk, office chair and small cabinet. Tenant will make their own arrangements for telephone and internet as their needs dictate.
We are looking to rent out the space for a net $900.00 monthly but would be willing to discuss the matter for a candidate prepared to enter into a longer lease.
