The Law and Youth Toronto The 7th annual workshop took place on October 25, 2013 at the 519 Community Centre, 519 Church Street, Toronto, ON M4Y 2C9.

The Law and Youth Workshop is a full day program where, working in a small group with a judge or a lawyer, participants will learn what may count the most in the event their life intersects with the law! Also, a smaller group of lawyers (or just one lawyer, depending on group size) are prepared to come to your schools, centres or facilities, and talk to youth about responsibly owning their voice. 2 days until the 8th Annual Law and Youth Workshop! 145 youth are preregistered for our largest session yet, at the 519 Church Street Community Centre on October 24th.

To those who have registered:

Please get there by 8:30 a.m. for registration. The closest subway station on the Yonge-University line is Wellesley, and the closest subway station on the Bloor-Danforth line is Bloor-Yonge Station.

REMINDER: Law and Youth 7th Annual Workshop on Friday, 25th of October

Registrants should aim to get to the workshop at 8:30 a.m. The workshop takes place at the 519 Centre at 519, Church Street (Just north of Wellesley Street, on the east side).

You can take the Yonge-University-Spadina subway line, and get off at the Wellesley station. Then, walk east to the Wellesley-Church intersection, and then walk north on Church Street. It is about a five minute walk.

Alternatively, you can also get off at the Bloor/Yonge station, and walk east on Bloor Street to Church Street, and then walk south on Church Street. This route will take approximately ten minutes.

Lunch is being provided free of charge.
