**New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot
The New Brunswick Critical Worker Pilot is a five-year pilot program that addresses critical labour shortages in various sectors and across different regions in the province. The Pilot was created to attract skilled workers to occupations that have been, and will continue to be, difficult to fill in New Brunswick in the years to come.

The Critical Worker Pilot is an employer-driven stream, based on targeted recruitment for skilled workers and therefore candidate applications to the pilot are made through the participant employer. The program does not accept direct applications from interested candidates.

*Skilled Category: PNP

Saskatchewan International Skilled Worker without job offer: Occupation in Demand
This sub-category is for skilled workers who:
• Don't have a job offer in Saskatchewan but are highly skilled in an in-demand occupation.
• Meet the criteria. Criteria can change at any time, but we will use what was on this website when we first got your application.

Eligibility
To be eligible, you must pay a non-refundable $350 application fee online by Visa or Mastercard. It is the last step in order to submit your application.
You may qualify if:
• You live outside of Canada or have proof of legal status in Canada
• Are not a refugee claimant
• Score a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the SINP point assessment grid
• Have a language score of at least 4 – Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 4
o Some employers may ask for language scores that are higher than CLB 4
• Have completed post-secondary education, training or apprenticeship that's comparable to that in Canada
• Have earned a diploma, certificate or degree
o For education outside of Canada, you must submit an educational credential assessment (ECA) from a designated organization (See IRCC's list of approved organizations)
o Individuals who have completed trades or job training as part of their high school education must instead apply for Saskatchewan licensure (See Regulated Occupations and Licensing Requirements)
• Have work experience that is high skilled and not on the Excluded Occupation List
o You must have a minimum of one year of full-time (minimum 30 hours per week) paid work experience in a skilled occupation over the past 10 years related to your field of education. Your work experience must be in a high skilled occupation (NOC "0", "A" or "B") that is considered to be in-demand in Saskatchewan at the time of your application. Please see Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry Occupation Requirements for more information.
• Your work experience must be related to your occupation and education
o See SINP Requirements Related to Professional Status or Licensure for more information
• You may need to provide proof of Professional Status or of eligibility for Licensure
o See Occupations In-Demand and Express Entry Occupation Requirements for more information
o You must include all required documents in your application. Missing documents will result in your incomplete application being returned. Your application fee will not be refunded.
• Have proof of settlement funds and a settlement plan
To apply for this sub-category, you must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI). Candidates that are eligible will receive an invitation to submit an application. The points scores associated with an EOI profile will determine the likelihood of receiving an invitation. Those with high scores within the pool of candidates will have a greater chance of being invited to apply.

Excluded Occupation List for the SINP’s Express Entry Category and the Occupations In-Demand Category
People with the following occupations are excluded from applying to the Occupations In-Demand (OID) and Express Entry (EE) program sub-categories. This is a list of occupations that are not eligible for these program subcategories.

Note that NOC “C” (occupations that usually require high-school or job-specific training) and NOC “D” (occupations that usually require on-the-job training) skill levels are not eligible for the Occupation In-Demand and Express Entry subcategories.

These occupations may be eligible through the International Skilled Worker Employment Offer and Saskatchewan Work Experience subcategories if your employer has registered with the Government of Saskatchewan and received approval for the job offer.

*British Columbia Tech Pilot
The BC PNP Tech Pilot is an initiative under the BC Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) to support the tech sector in recruiting top international talent.
The BC PNP Tech Pilot has been extended to June 2021 to provide B.C. tech employers with the continued ability to recruit and retain international talent when local skilled workers are unavailable.

The BC Provincial Nominee Program Tech Pilot offers an expedited immigration pathway for people with tech skills applying to be permanent Canadian residents who will contribute to B.C.’s shared prosperity.

B.C. is developing the highest quality local talent by introducing students to tech earlier, expanding tech training and education in post-secondary institutions and creating work experience opportunities.

Beyond accessing the skills and talent of B.C. workers, companies need to be able to attract skilled workers from around the world. Tech entrepreneurs and skilled workers from other countries can help grow B.C.’s technology sector, leading to more jobs for British Columbians.

In support of these priorities, the Tech Pilot has supported over 4,200 tech workers to be nominated for permanent residence since its launch in May 2017. The pilot helps ensure the technology sector can attract and retain the talent it needs to sustain and grow the sector further.

The BC PNP Tech Pilot helps employers address their talent needs by providing a fast-tracked, permanent immigration pathway for in-demand foreign workers and international students.

Job offer minimum requirement for eligible tech occupations
• Job offers under the BC PNP Tech Pilot must meet the following criteria:
• the job offer must be for a single job in one of the 29 occupations eligible under the BC

• there must be at least 120 calendar days remaining on the job offer at the time of application
• longer duration job offers, including indeterminate (permanent, or with no set end date) job offers, are also eligible.

Advantages of the BC PNP
• applicants can apply without a Labour Market Impact Assessment
• nominees receive work permit support while waiting for permanent residence
• nominees are eligible to apply to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) for permanent residence for themselves and their dependents
