There really isn’t much more to say. I can’t believe in this real estate market I have people telling me every day that they don’t want to sell for a lower price than they think it’s worth or what they “want” with no regard for current market value.

I feel so inspired when I hear Anthony Bourdain speak and couldn’t agree more. Travel is such a privilege. My recent trip to Nepal was so incredible and I’m so grateful to have had the experience. Thank you Nepal 🇳🇵!! And my two cents for everyone out there who may be too afraid to travel or waiting until they have “more time” - do it! It will change you. In all the good ways ❤️
