Historically, the GTA market starts picking up in March and April, with:

-More buyer activity after the winter slowdown
-More listings hitting the market
-Spring homes often selling for 15–20% more than winter listings in past seasonal data
-Inventory has been rising recently, giving buyers more choice before the spring rush

In other words, the market “thaw” is real, and the next few weeks are when things start moving fast.

It’s been a productive morning of real estate work, and I’ve just now sat down to eat. Not sure if this counts as breakfast, lunch, or something in between, but either way, it’s well deserved.

Working from home has its moments, laptop open, deals in motion, and yes… if you look closely, that’s grilled halloumi straight from beautiful Cyprus. A small reminder to enjoy the little things while staying focused on the big picture.

As long as you have your property tax bill handy you need the assessment roll number and your customer number and you can go to the link below and it literally takes less than 2 minutes.
