Two agents can charge the same commission and spend very different amounts selling your home.

“Staging included” can mean a lot of things. So can “professional photography” and “social media marketing.”

And when you’re comparing agents, it’s not always obvious how much they’re actually investing in the sale of your home.

We’re pretty particular about where our money goes. The people we hire, the quality of their work, the marketing we put behind a listing, and the things we can take off your plate before your home even hits the market.

Some of those decisions cost us more.

Being able to say “we can wait” is a pretty big advantage in Toronto real estate.

You can be picky about what would actually make leaving your current home worthwhile.

You can figure out what the numbers look like without a deadline attached to every decision.

It’s a much nicer conversation to have while the kids are still happy sharing a room than when you’re trying to get everyone settled somewhere new before September.💙
