Как многие из Вас знают, ко мне часто обращаются люди, не заплатившие контрактору за недобросевестно проделанную работу и на недвижимость которых по этой причине наложен арест. Ситуация поправимая, но проще и дешевле в неё не попадать.
Также, обращаются контракторы, которым не заплатили за работу и/или не позволили исправить недостатки.
По просьбе участников группы "Мамы Онтарио" я подготовила семинар, на котором расскажу о том, что нужно знать при найме контрактора на ту или иную работу по дому, каковы законы и правила, регулирующие отношения сторон, включая не только подрядчиков, но и субподрядчиков, о том как правильно заключать договор, что необходимо внести в договор, на что обратить внимание, а также, как правильно расторгнуть договор с контрактором в случае необходимости.

Federal government has released a mandate on COVID 19 vaccination for most government officials and employees in the federally regulated air, rail and maritime sectors, as well as a new vaccination confirmation requirement for travelers on airplanes, inter-provincial trains, and cruise ships.There are still many questions about implementation. How the new policy will be applied and implemented is not yet clear.
