Making Magic happen this Thursday thanks to some serious INSPO💫🌟✨Every leap of faith, whether it has been employment, friendship or lifestyle related, has always gotten me closer where I am today—> which is the HAPPIEST place I’ve been and closest to reaching my GOALS! I am still mid leap (some may say I don’t have either foot on the ground) so I’ll keep you updated ...but I encourage anyone who is merely “comfortable” TO TAKE THAT LEAP into the passion project you have been thinking of, or do something today that is out of your comfort zone! I woke up very happy this morning because I am apart of the GaySquadGoals issue of along side from 🤗👠I have always supported LGBTQ Rights in the law and am so humbled to have been mentioned by writer Court Hardwick as the go-to family law lawyer in Toronto whose "made it a priority to educate her clients on how to use the law to protect themselves and their assets, protecting the quality of their romantic and familial relationships in the process"! ARE YOU EVER DOUBTING THAT THEY ARE TRULY HAPPY FOR YOU?

Lots of talk about Ambivalent Relationships- these folks say they are worse than toxic relationships. [Ambivalence?? The state of having mixed feelings or contradictory ideas about someone...]

Based on my vast experience with clients who are separating, whether they have been together for 10 years or 6 months, I can tell you that the state of Ambivalence CAN and is OFTEN present between sexual partners as well.

I often equate Ambivalence with the state of being "comfortable".. staying with a partner when you often have a feeling that you could be treated better and find a partner with better qualities (someone smarter, healthier, less tempermental... the list goes on). I refer to this as the "MORE FACTOR".

Does any of this sound familiar to you???

Whether you are dealing with mixed feelings in a friendship or relationship, the first step in moving towards a healthier, happier and fuller life is to admit that you DO deserve more.

Saying goodbye to Ambivalence and hello to openness, honesty, and self respect can be hard and require alot of courage. In any type of murky relationship, where feelings have been brushed under the rug or you often have that gut renching feeling that could do better, or deserve MORE FROM YOUR PARTNER/ FRIEND, the first step is often admitting these feelings to YOURSELF.

The thought of being single and leaving the one you love, or saying goodbye to life long friendships, can seem daunting, and even impossible. Just know, there is light at the end of the tunnel. Frenemies and undeserving partners will only prevent you from radiating your light within!
