Everyone has the right to a harassment-free workplace. Employers must take steps to prevent harassment and violence, and employees deserve to feel safe and respected at work.
Workplace harassment can include bullying, discrimination, unwanted sexual remarks, offensive jokes or images, stalking, or repeated unwanted messages. Some conduct may fall under Ontario’s Human Rights Code, while serious actions like sexual assault or threats are criminal and should be reported to police.
Our Employment Law Group can help employers address complaints and support employees in pursuing their rights.
