When you apply for immigration, you must fill out all necessary forms and provide all the required information. If anything is missing or not filled out correctly, your application might be denied during the eligibility review process.

The immigration office may not provide a comprehensive list of all the problems they find with your application. So it’s essential to carefully review all your forms and supporting documents before submitting your application.

If your application is denied during the eligibility check, it may be rejected again if IRCC cannot verify your information or documents, like bank statements, during your next application.

IRCC is not obligated to warn or correct you before issuing a refusal.

Ensure you have proof of funds and a financial plan showing how you’ll pay for your education or trip and provide accurate and verifiable documents to support your claim. Similarly, demonstrate your ties and the purpose of visit.

Remember, it’s your responsibility to do so.

On Wednesday We received 12 WORK AND TRAVEL PERMITS and 5 SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS ! 😲😲😲 The best part is - MOST of these clients were told they have no case by multiple immigration lawyers before! We proved them all wrong! 💪💪💪 They can now start having a normal life without any fears of deportation AND travel to their birth countries to visit their moms and dads they haven’t seen in DECADES! 😭😭😭 I am so honored to represent every single of our clients and so humbled by their trust in us. 🙏🙏🙏

What a Day today! We received 13 WORK and TRAVEL PERMITS, 7 SOCIAL SECURITY CARDS and 2 GREEN CARDS (without any interviews) today! So happy for our clients and can’t wait to call them all! 🥳🥳🥳 Most of them live out of state so we will be very busy mailing all these cards!
