When addressing any family law case (whether high conflict or not), the family lawyers need to stay objective and not take on the case personally.

This is where things go sideways. Clients need objective counsel, and not someone looking to "get back" at opposing counsel.

Staying away from getting personal about the issues is better for advocacy and for the client.
