Kinna-aweya Legal Clinic “Kinna-aweya” is the Ojibway word meaning “everyone” The clinic actively participates in law reform in order to improve and change the laws whenever possible.

The clinic provides legal advice and representation in most areas of poverty law including:* Ontario Works (welfare)* Ontario Disability Support Program* Canada Pension Plan Disability* Tenant rights* Employment insurance*Canada Child Benefit/Income TaxWe also organize and present community legal education workshops and work with the community for organized, positive change.
