Corporate Legal Assistant
Norman L. Tainsh Professional Corporation seeks an immediate full time Corporate Legal Assistant to join his team.

Primary Responsibilities
• Assist lawyers on a day-to-day basis.
• Maintain Corporate Records and Client Files.
• File documents, registrations and annual filings with Alberta
and other Provincial Corporate Registry systems.
• Perform Corporate Searches.
• Document preparation and support for corporate and other
legal transactions.
• Schedule Appointments.
• Maintain, organize and respond to external and internal
communications.
• Respond to client inquiries, as needed and instructed.
• Other administrative duties as directed and required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience
• Experience as a Legal Assistant would be preferred however
training will be provided.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word Perfect and Adobe PDF
preferred.
• Experience using databases preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within a small team
environment.
• Ability to exercise discretion when dealing with sensitive
information.
• A professional attitude.

Benefit package available. Salary to be determined depending on experience.
