Business Development Specialist:
Consultant Plus Immigration Ltd is a growing firm, with an increasing clientele. We are currently in the process of shifting the company’s existing dynamics to a more robust system and in the process we are seeking to hire a Business Development Specialist. The individual should possess experience in Marketing and knowledge of the market.
We are looking for a team member who is passionate about team-building. Reporting directly to the Directors of the company, you will be helping the company into the next transitional phase.
Responsibilities include:
- Generating leads in order to acquire new clients, involving cold calling and through references.
- Solicit business and prospective customers via phone or drop-in to clients’ offices
- Meet potential new clients by participating in social events, trade shows, etc.
- Maintain relationships including entertaining existing clients as needed to maximize repeat business
- Maintain client database
Compensation package:

Requirements
- The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, be highly motivated, and a result driven sales professional
- At least 2 years experience needed in sales/ marketing
- Professional in-person presence as well as outstanding communication skills
- Articulate, tenacious, competitive, and ambitious
- A proven closer
- Enthusiastic and likes to create new relationships
- Driver license in good standing.
