The Fraser Valley real estate market started 2026 with continued softening as buyer confidence remained muted amid economic uncertainty. Despite favourable conditions for buyers, including high inventory and continued price decreases, sales activity remained well below last year's levels.

Here's a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 24.3% fewer than a year before. 📉
• There were 10.3% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
