After dozens of showings we got 3 different offers in a span of a week. It was a week of
tough negotiations until we accepted an offer that had the terms my sellers wanted and ofcourse the price that we all wanted.

The lesson here is that especially in this market, pricing a property right is key. By pricing it right, we were confident to reject the first 2 offers knowing that with a bit of patience the right offer will come along.
