A little fall reminder for my Langley and Fraser Valley homeowners! 🍂

As we prepare for our wetter months, it's a good time to take a walk around your property and check your gutters, downspouts and drainage areas.

Look for fallen leaves, debris or water collecting where it shouldn't.

If you're in a strata property, remember to confirm which maintenance items are handled by the strata corporation.

A little preventative care can go a long way toward protecting your home.

What’s happening in the Fraser Valley real estate market? 🏡

September brought higher sales across detached homes, townhouses, and apartments, but benchmark prices continued to decline.

• Detached homes: $1,300,000 benchmark price, with sales up 10%
• Townhouses: $745,300 benchmark price, with sales up 14%
• Apartments: $461,800 benchmark price, with sales up 10%

Homes are still taking an average of 38–46 days on the market, depending on property type.

Market conditions can look different depending on where you live and what you’re buying or selling. If a move is on your mind, it helps to understand the numbers that matter for your situation.
