Being threatened, underpaid, or forced to work unpaid overtime is not something a worker should have to accept.

Did you know that eligible foreign remote work experience may help increase your Express Entry CRS score?

In this case, the applicant was working in Canada in the IT field but still did not have enough points for PR. After reviewing her profile, Westhill identified two years of remote work experience with an Indian company that could be included as foreign work experience.

That one detail helped increase her CRS score by 50 points, strengthening her Express Entry profile and leading to an invitation for permanent residence.
