I’ve been there. My hubby and I built a new house in 1991. Wedgewood blue carpet, soft peach, rose, and hunter green countertops and vinyl flooring spread between kitchen, laundry and bathrooms. These colours were the height of fashion. We called it our “new” house for over 20 years before realizing it wasn’t new at all when it came time to sell.
When preparing your home for sale some renovations and improvements are worth every penny. Some are not. Each situation is different depending on the overall vibe of your home. Google will give you a “one size fits all” answer, which could point you in the wrong direction entirely.
Want to know how to best prepare your home for sale? I have the experience, knowledge and resources to help with that. Whether you’re selling this year or two years down the road, now is the time to give me a call!
