Ever walk into a house and think, “Well… that’s one way to do it”? 😅

Today’s find: an electric baseboard heater installed upside down… and placed directly under an electrical outlet. Because apparently we’re going for the “heat rises… and so does the risk” design concept 🔥⚡️

Not only is the heater working against gravity, but it’s also giving that outlet a front-row seat to the hottest show in town. Definitely not how these are meant to be installed—and a good reminder that electrical + heat = something you want done right.

Moral of the story: If your heater looks like it’s doing a handstand under an outlet… it might be time to call a professional 😄

⚠️ Dryer Vent Safety Tip

This dryer vent was found completely blocked with lint during a recent home inspection. When lint builds up inside a dryer vent, it can restrict airflow and significantly increase the risk of a dryer fire.

Regular cleaning of the dryer vent and exhaust duct is an important part of home maintenance and can help protect your home and family.
