We hear anti-vaxxers state their Charter rights are being violated. Are they? Probably not. Why? Firstly because no one is held down and vaccinated. They are given alternatives. Secondly, Charter rights are not absolute. There are restrictions on rights that are permitted. For instance, if you lie about someone, they can sue you for libel. Isn't that a violation of your freedom of expression? Not really.
