Just a few weeks ago Robbie Gruenbauer and Kristen Clancy officially ended their 12 year relationship and got divorced.

But instead of feeling failure, shame or anger, they celebrated the end of their marriage with rituals and real conversations, digging into what went wrong so they won't repeat the same patterns.
