TBH legal POA-W DAY (Monthly 2026 Event) for SEPTEMBER is Friday, September 11, 2026.

POA-W Days are an opportunity for you to complete your Will and Powers of Attorney for only $100 (+HST).

What you need to bring for "POA-W" Days:
🟡 Your completed original will (can be purchased online, in store, digitally, or by using a Certified Executor Advisor... email [email protected] for details)
🟡 Your completed Powers of Attorney (can be downloaded online for free- check our website)
🟡 You will need to bring 1 witness with you for the Will (TBH will provide the second witness)
🟡 Affidavit of Executions will be provided for your witnesses to complete on-site

The "POA-W Package" on these days are only $100 (+HST).

If you are planning a trip with your kids or grandkids (outside of Canada) and both parents of the child are not attending, a child travel consent form or a letter of permission is always a good idea.☀️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🏖

The consent letter should have the signature(s) of the guardian(s)/ parent(s) who are giving consent, and it is recommended that a notary public be used to witness the signing. Border officials will be less likely to question its authenticity if a notary public is used.

In Ontario 🇨🇦, children and adolescents who attend school must provide proof of immunization. To be exempt from this requirement for a "non-medical" reason, parents must provide the school with a "Statement of Conscience or Religious Belief" form".

The form can be downloaded from https://forms.mgcs.gov.on.ca/en/dataset/014-4897-64 and the parent's signature on the form MUST be witnessed by a Commissioner / Notary Public.
