The market in 2026 continues to proceed with caution. While sales in April bumped up from March, they are still running approximately 20% below historical norms.

What the following report doesn’t show is when you pull back the sales data, there is a clear polarity where homes are either selling in the first month or after three or four.

As we often note, strategy, pricing, preparation and marketing will all work in tandem towards a successful sale.
