Hi everyone! Protomanni & Associates is hosting a special giveaway to support a local Niagara business.

For over two years, a local butcher shop, has struggled due to nonstop construction blocking access to their business. We also live in the area and can say that the construction has been extremely frustrating as the company completing the job, has made several errors, this prolonging the roadblocks and access to both homes, and this business.

This past Mother’s Day weekend was his first profitable one in ages—only for an early morning break-in to steal all of his earnings from his safe, from that first busy weekend. As a fellow local business, Protomanni & Associates believes in supporting our community, and we’re raising funds to help him get back on his feet. Your support means everything—no matter how small, every bit helps him recover.

We’re absolutely thrilled! Our client’s mother left this glowing review after we successfully defended her son in a tough “he said, she said” sexual assault case. The jury acquitted him because the Crown couldn’t prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.

A huge shoutout to David Protomanni and co-counsel Sarah Kohut for their incredible effort and hard work on this trial. Seeing this family’s relief means everything to us — our client can finally move forward with his life. ❤️⚖️
