Congratulations to our 2026 scholarship winners, Ryan Waines, Kailyn DenBak, Justin Goguen, and Bowden Kennedy.

These young people were chosen from a pool of 11 excellent candidates by our NAR member-led volunteer scholarship selection taskforce. Thank you to our REALTORS® for providing this opportunity to the youth of Niagara.

To qualify students needed to be entering their first year of post-secondary education, be a relative of a NAR member, and submit an application answering the question “"What does "homeownership" mean to your generation - and what is the biggest barrier preventing it? Based on your perspective, what is one realistic solution that could make a difference in first-time homeownership in the Niagara Region?”

Why did we participate in 2025?

Because our REALTOR® members believe strong communities start with safe housing.

Last year, we were one of 18 boards and associations across the country that came together to make a difference locally while contributing to a national impact. We’re proud to have been part of this national movement and we’re looking forward to continuing this important work.
