FEBRUARY MARKET STATS ARE OUT! 📊

The market continues to find its rhythm with attached homes showing resilience! While overall sales saw a modest dip compared to last year, attached properties (townhomes) actually posted gains, demonstrating strength in this segment. Here's what the numbers tell us:

• Sales were 9.8% lower than February 2025 🏘️
• New listings decreased by 6.4% year-over-year 📋
• The benchmark price for all residential properties was $1,100,300 💰

The new year brought continued market softness to Metro Vancouver. Sales dropped across all property types compared to last year, continuing the quiet trend from late 2024. Here's a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 28.5% fewer than a year before. 📉
• There were 7.3% fewer homes listed than the previous year. 🏘️
• The benchmark price for all home types was $1,101,900. 💰
