โพสต์ สำหรับผู้ที่ยังไม่เคยสอบข้อเขียนใบขับขี่ค่ะ (หรือเคยสอบมาแล้วก็ตาม)
1. อ่านหนังสือมือ และ ฝึก ทำข้อสอบ ออนไลน์
2. ต้องมีใบอนุญาตการทำงานและไม่หมดอายุ
ถ้าหมดอายุ ต้องมีหนังสือยืนยันการต่ออายุจากกรมแรงงาน (ใบเสร็จรับเงินไม่ถือว่าเป็นหนังสือยืนยัน)
3. ถ้าคุณมีใบขับขี่จากเมืองไทยให้นำไปด้วยในวันสอบ ถ่ายรูปเก็บไว้ทั้งด้านหน้าและด้านหลัง
4. คุณต้องไปถึงสถานที่สอบ 15 นาทีก่อนถึงเวลานัดหมาย และเข้าไปรับบัตรคิว
ถ้าคุณเคยไปติดต่อ ICBC ขอให้เตรียมรหัสผ่านให้พร้อมเพื่อยืนยันตัวตน
5. ล่ามจะแปลคำถามและคำตอบเป็นภาษาไทย ส่วนคำตอบทางผู้สอบต้องอ่านหนังสือและทำการบ้านมา
6.  อ่านหนังสือและฝึกทำข้อสอบออนไลน์
7. ถ้าล่ามให้วันและเวลาไปบุค ล่ามถือว่านั่นคือสัญญาจอง ถ้าคุณยกเลิก ล่ามต้องคิดค่าบริการ

Post for those who have never taken the knowledge test before:
1. Read the handbook and practice the online tests.
2. You must have a valid work permit that has not expired.
If it has expired, you must have a letter from the Department of Labour confirming that your work permit has been renewed/extended. A receipt is not considered proof of renewal.
3. If you have a Thai driver’s licence, bring it with you on the test day. Take photos of both the front and back of the licence.
4. You must arrive at the test location 15 minutes before your appointment time and get a queue/ticket number.
If you contacted ICBC before, please have your password ready.
5. The interpreter will translate the questions and answers into Thai. However, the test-taker is responsible for studying the handbook and doing the required preparation/homework beforehand.
6. Read the handbook and practice taking the online tests.
7. If the interpreter gives you a date and time for the appointment, the interpreter considers that a confirmed booking/appointment commitment. If you cancel, the interpreter will charge a service fee.
