Selling our own home reminded me that everything I recommend to my clients is something I was willing to do myself.

Decluttering wasn’t always fun, especially after 19 years in one home, but it helped us present the house at its best before the photographer arrived.

That’s why preparation is such an important part of my process. It’s not about creating perfection. It’s about giving buyers the opportunity to see the home, imagine themselves living there, and make that emotional connection.
