We're looking for a friendly, organized, detail-oriented person to join our brokerage team! ☺️

This is a diverse administrative role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll help keep our office running smoothly while supporting our REALTORS® and management team.

Your day may include:
• Answering phones and welcoming visitors
• Supporting agents with day-to-day administrative needs
• Preparing and processing listing documentation
• Maintaining organized digital and physical files
• Coordinating signs, schedules, and office resources
• Assisting with listing updates and transaction paperwork
• Supporting agent onboarding and office administration

We're looking for someone who is:
✓ Organized and detail-oriented
✓ Professional, friendly, and approachable
✓ Comfortable managing multiple priorities
✓ Dependable and able to work independently
✓ Comfortable with computers and learning new software
✓ A clear communicator who takes initiative
✓ Confident working with confidential and time-sensitive information

Real estate experience is an asset, but not required. Training will be provided on all of our systems and procedures.
