I’ll be honest… this one took longer than we expected.

It’s a great property with so much to offer and there were definitely times we wondered why the right buyer hadn’t come along yet. But that’s the reality of real estate sometimes - even great homes don’t always sell overnight.

We kept showing up, kept marketing, made adjustments when we needed to and most importantly, stayed patient. And finally… the call I’d been waiting to make: “We’ve got it sold.” 🙌

A huge thank you to my sellers for trusting me and sticking with the process. I know it isn’t easy when a sale takes longer than you hoped.
