Definitely won't last long! Located on the quiet side of the building this 2 bedroom, 2 bath and den ground floor unit is priced well with has many updates including new appliances (fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave), new lighting throughout with ceiling fans in bedrooms and den for extra comfort, new curtain rods, custom closet organizer in master bedroom closet, new toilets all less than a year old.
