As we head into 2026, I’m skipping the complicated resolutions and aggressive targets this time around.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what actually keeps us sustainable for the long haul—especially for community leaders like us.

For me, this year isn't about doing "more"—it’s about taking better care of the foundation.

I’m focusing on three things to start the year off right:

Health comes first. We often take it for granted until something slows us down. This year, I’m prioritizing physical and mental health—getting enough rest and keeping the stress in check. You can't pour from an empty cup. ☕️

Financial peace of mind. It’s not just about what we earn, but how we manage it. I’m focusing on being smart with resources and planning for the future so there’s less stress in the present. 📉
