Routine watermain flushing across the City is taking place from September 14 to November 20. 🌊

Routine watermain flushing is preventive maintenance that removes scale and sediment build up, helping to maintain water quality in the water distribution system.

Flushing will take place between 7:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. During flushing, residents in the area may notice a temporary discolouration or cloudy appearance in their water for a brief period and possibly changes in water pressure. The water will remain safe for consumption. If discolouration occurs, run the cold water tap closest to the source until the water is clear.
