Seeing a home come BACK on the market doesn’t automatically mean there’s something wrong with it. 👀🏡

Real estate deals can fall apart for all kinds of reasons, and sometimes they have very little to do with the home itself.

An inspection may uncover something the buyer isn’t comfortable taking on. A condition in the agreement may not be fulfilled. Financing can fall through. An appraisal can come in differently than expected. Sometimes, life simply happens and a buyer needs to walk away.

That’s why I always tell buyers not to immediately scroll past a property just because you’ve seen it listed before. It might actually be worth taking a second look.

And for sellers, a deal falling through isn’t necessarily the end of the story. Sometimes it just means we regroup, adjust the strategy and find the right buyer.
